Our company has been in this sector since 1969 and has been producing Thermo Plastic Sole, Polyurethane Sole and Thermo Granule since 2017 as ATLAS SOLE. We work with professions to check quality in every production procedure.
Our ability to carry out all processes in our own way and at the same time to respond quickly to changing demands of our customers makes us preferentially unusual.
The aim of our company is to produce artificial leather with maximum productivity by adding new products without sacrificing quality to the current product line in line with customer wishes.
To be a dynamic and innovative institution to ensure that the whole process extending from the supplier to the supplier is carried out and developed with the management understanding in accordance with the international standards.
Continuing the production of Thermo Plastic Sole, Polyurethane Sole and Thermo Granule, Atlas is working professionally to control quality in every production procedure.

Read MorePolymer structures that maintain plastic properties under heat and pressure. In winter, the foot is the floor of the shoe which will come into direct contact with snow, water and mud. For this reason, when winter shoes are preferred, the base should be examined first of all.
We recommend high-end thermo shoes to protect the feet from cold in winter and to provide ease of use. Thermo-based shoes are made from a mixture of some materials with rubber. The high quality thermo base makes it easy to hold on to the slippery floor as well as to prevent the floor from touching the floor with great ease.
Thermoplastic soles are the largest alternative to rubber soles which are difficult to process and have high prices. These so-called so-called 'thermo-bases' in shoemaking are highly preferred and have many superior features. We can list these properties as follows; high abrasion resistance, high shear resistance, low density, flexibility, easy formability and recycling possibilities; We can easily say that thermoplastic sole is the most used sole type in shoe making today.
Polyurethanes differ from other plastics; that is, formed by chemical processes in the mold. While polyurethane bases are being produced, solid raw materials and additive elements are made into liquid foam and sprayed into the mold. The chemical reactions between the mixed substances continue and polyurethane forms shortly thereafter.
The internal structures of the polyurethane bases are porous spongy. Therefore, specific weights are very low. Due to these features, it can be used easily in thick built or filled base. Polyurethane floors are widely used in shoemaking due to their high shear resistance as well as their light weight.
Polyurethane has superior resistance to abrasion resistance, flexibility, low density and easy applicability compared to products such as rubber, EVA, PVC. Outer soles, insole, intermediate soles, sports shoe soles, slippers and sandals are also used.
The thermoplastic has a density ranging from 0.96 to 1.01 g / cm3. It does not change within this range according to the quality of material used. Also, with special light formulas, this density is lowered to a lower level.
All kinds of raw materials and products entering our machines are subjected to tests such as density, hardness, stretch-elongation, wear and breakage in our quality control laboratory, but they are shipped to our customers after compliance.
The product is tested to determine how wearable the material is. The maximum ash value required to avoid any problems in the forest is 240 mm3.
